They might have questions that result in multiple interactions with relevant parties. If an error is found, prompt resolution is important. Through the Inquiry Management module in Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives, admins can track and manage inquiries in one place. The entire process of raising a concern, seeking clarification, and resolving the issue is called an Inquiry.
[en] Inquiry management involves the processes and tools used to handle an inquiry. One of the workflow types within the Workflows module is the Inquiry workflow. Inquiry workflows enable you to define how inquiries are routed from one user or group to another until they reach resolution. You can create multiple inquiry workflows for different reports. The Inquiry Management module in Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives is used to view submitted inquiries.

[en] The Workflows module is where you create your inquiry workflow. From here, you create the inquiry form, define swim lanes for routing, and determine the process flow for the inquiry.

[en] The Portal Access module assigns an inquiry workflow to a relevant report. Each inquiry workflow must have a Presenter Adaptive report assigned to it, and each report can only be assigned to one inquiry workflow at a time. For the inquiry workflow to be accessible in the Sales Portal, it must be assigned to a Presenter Adaptive report.

[en] The Inquiry Management module operates after inquiry workflows are active and payees submit their inquiries through Sales Portal. Admins can monitor inquiries and track their progress in the workflow from within the Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives Admin Client. The purpose of this module is to manage and investigate inquiries, make any corrections, and respond directly within Admin Client. The response and any status changes are then available in Sales Portal for the payee to see.
