[en] Payees can submit inquiries through Sales Portal. Their admins can view and take action on an inquiry either in Sales Portal or in the Inquiry Management module, depending on how the swim lanes in the inquiry workflow are configured. To learn more, read: スイムレーンの追加.

[en] If you want users to respond to an inquiry from the Inquiry Management module, you must add them to an Admin swimlane. Read Adding admin swimlanes to inquiry workflows to learn more.

[en] To take action on an inquiry in the Inquiry Management in Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives:
[en] From the Inquiry Management module, click the inquiry row that requires an action to be taken.
[en] Review the inquiry details.
[en] From the top panel, click the Select action dropdown menu.

[en] If you don't see this dropdown menu in your inquiry, it means you're not an admin user added to an admin swimlane in the inquiry workflow. You might be part of a payee swimlane, which allows you to take action from your Sales Portal account.

[en] Select an action from the dropdown options, and click the arrow icon to proceed.
[en] From the action confirmation box, click Submit.
