[en] Workflow access controls for Sales Portal

[en] We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature that empowers Incentives administrators to manage workflow access in Sales Portal Message Center. This feature ensures the integrity of your workflow processes during data refreshes or loads. With this update, you can now temporarily disable Message Center access to user-initiated and admin-initiated workflows, providing a seamless way to maintain workflow integrity without impacting overall functionality.

[en] Manage workflow access directly from the Workflows module or schedule a task to enable or disable access through the Scheduler module. When a workflow is disabled, it appears greyed out in the Message Center. Users attempting to access a disabled workflow via direct URL are redirected to the Message Center. Importantly, this change does not affect the workflow's overall functionality—only its visibility in Sales Portal. Newly created workflows are enabled by default.

[en] We’ve also added a new column in the Workflows module to display the current 'Message Center access' status for each workflow, along with a tag for workflows with disabled access. This ensures that you have full visibility over your workflow access controls, helping you avoid potential issues during critical data operations.

[en] Introducing custom table tooltips for enhanced user experience

[en] We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature that enhances your reporting experience with custom table tooltips. You can now add tooltips to group and column headers, making your reports more informative and user-friendly. This update allows report viewers to hover over column headers and instantly see the custom text you’ve added, providing clarity and context at a glance. Whether you’re explaining complex data or simply adding helpful notes, these tooltips are designed to improve the way you communicate insights through your reports.

[en] There is no maximum length for these tooltips, allowing you to include as much detail as necessary. Tooltips will not appear in exported reports and this feature is not available for reshaped tables. [en] Update the table header color on hover

[en] The report viewing experience has been improved with a standardized hover effect on grid column headers.

[en] Previously, hovering over a column header changed the text color to blue, which could cause readability issues depending on the background color. This has been updated to align with your existing color customizations, ensuring a consistent and accessible viewing experience.

  • [en] The header text hover color is set to 15% opacity of the font color.

  • [en] When clicked, the hover color is set to 30% opacity of the font color.

  • [en] The header text is underlined during hover for a better visual indication.

[en] This update improves usability and visual consistency for Admin and Sales Portal users when navigating Presenter Adaptive Reports.

[en] Copy values from tables in Presenter Adaptive Reports in Sales Portal

[en] Sales Portal users can now copy and paste cells, rows, columns, or groups of cells from Presenter Adaptive reports in both standard and reshaped tables. Admin users are also able to utilize this update to copy and paste data from any report containing tables. The functionality leverages the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+C for copying and CTRL+V for pasting.

[en] When pasting data into Excel, the data aligns with column headers but may not retain advanced formatting such as currency symbols, dates, or icons due to external app limitations. In Word or Notepad, unformatted data is presented with tab spacing, treating the entire value, including currency symbols, as plain text. This update is designed to enhance sharing data between applications.

[en] Export inquiries table to Excel

[en] This release introduces a new enhancement to the Inquiry Module that streamlines data management and reporting. Users can now export their list of inquiries to Excel, using the new Export button within the module. The export respects any filters applied on-screen, ensuring that only relevant data is included, making it easier than ever to work with your inquiry data outside the platform.
