[en] AI Insights

[en] The AI Insights section in the Inquiry Management module is powered by the Research Assistant, which provides AI-generated analysis to help admins quickly understand and respond to each inquiry.

[en] You can access AI Insights only while the Research Assistant feature is enabled. If you disable this feature, you will lose access to AI Insights for new inquiries. Read [en] Research Assistant to learn more.

[en] The Research Assistant feature is currently offered only to early adopters. It will later be made available to all users as a subscription add-on.

[en] When the Research Assistant is enabled in Model settings, it automatically analyzes each incoming inquiry submitted through Sales Portal and generates a tailored insight summary.

[en] The insight includes:

  • [en] Attached report references: Identifies the related Presenter Adaptive report that is linked to the inquiry workflow.

  • [en] Highlighted metrics: Flags relevant values from data tables, such as discrepancies in earnings.

  • [en] Detailed explanations: Offers context behind the issue, such as missing values or mismatched totals.

  • [en] Linked data component: Links relevant insight elements, such as a data table or calculation. Clicking these links opens the data source in the Composer module, allowing you to quickly inspect the source.

  • [en] Generate draft comment: Generates a data-driven response based on insights.
