[en] Assigning an admin to an inquiry
[en] You can assign an admin to an inquiry to ensure that it is actively tracked and managed by the appropriate individual responsible for the task. This option is only available if your inquiry workflow includes the Admin swimlane. To assign the inquiry, the admin you choose must be part of that swim lane; only then can they be selected as the inquiry owner and take actions regarding the inquiry.
[en] To assign an admin to an inquiry:
[en] From the Inquiry Management module, select an inquiry that you want to assign to an admin user.
[en] From the Inquiry details panel, click the Inquiry owner dropdown menu.

[en] If the Inquiry owner field is disabled, open your inquiry workflow in the Workflows module. Change the Type setting from Select payees by restrictions to Select ICM Admin Users.

[en] Select an admin user that you want to assign this inquiry to.
[en] Click Save changes.
