ログインページ

ログインするには、ユーザー名とパスワードを入力します。

重要

[en] Your session remains active for 15 minutes after your last action in the application. You can set a longer time out by contacting your administrator.

ログインできない場合は、[サインインでお困りの場合]をクリックして、管理者に電子メールを送信できます。

注記

受け取り人Webクラシックでは、[アカウントをお持ちでない場合]をクリックして、管理者に電子メールを送信できます。

ログインページからのパスワードのリセット

ログインページでパスワードを変更できます。

この機能は、Incentivesのモデル設定でセルフサービスのパスワードリセットのオプションが有効な場合のみ使用できます。Webユーザーのログインセキュリティオプションの設定。

  1. [受け取り人Webログイン] ページで、[パスワードを忘れた場合]リンクをクリックします。

  2. Payee Webへのログインに使用する電子メールアドレスを入力します。

  3. [送信]をクリックします。

  4. [en] Type in a new password, and then confirm it.

    注記

    [en] Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a lowercase and uppercase letter, number, and symbol.

  5. [保存] をクリックします。
