ユーザーオプション

Varicent Incentivesのユーザーオプションへは、User iconをクリックして管理パネルからアクセスします。ここから、ユーザーはダウンロード、ユーザーオプション、アプリケーションからのサインアウトを管理できます。

ダウンロード

保存した発行物は、[ダウンロード]ページからダウンロードできます。ダウンロードするには、[ユーザー・オプション]アイコンUser iconをクリックし、メニューから[ダウンロード]を選択します。

保存したインポートは、SFTPクライアントからダウンロードできます。

ヒント

このページから、ファイルをインポートすることもできます。名前が100文字を超える場合は、ファイルをアップロードできません。

SFTP経由で、文字数を超えるファイルをアップロードすると、このページに移動するときにエラーが表示されます。

保存した発行物のダウンロード

保存したあらゆる公開情報は、Varicent Incentivesからダウンロードできます

  1. [管理]ツールバーで、[ユーザー・オプション]アイコンUser iconをクリックし、メニューから[ダウンロード]を選択します。

  2. [パブリッシャー]タブで、ダウンロードする保存した発行情報の行から、コンテキストメニュー[...]→[ダウンロード]。

保存した発行物のリストは、モデルの設定Settings iconにあります。

ダウンロードの削除

ユーザーオプションUser iconから特定のダウンロードまたはすべてのダウンロードを削除できます。

  1. [管理]ツールバーで、[ユーザー・オプション]アイコンUser iconをクリックし、メニューから[ダウンロード]を選択します。

プロファイル設定

[en] The Profile settings page is organized into four tabs: Profile, Notifications, Password, and API key. Each tab allows you to manage different aspects of your account settings.

ワークフローの照会によってトリガーされるワークフロー通知には、次のオプションが含まれます。

[en] The Profile tab provides access to your personal account settings. Here, you can view details such as your name, username, email, and SAML 2.0 Integration Name ID. If SAML 2.0 is not in use, it may be indicated as N/A.

[en] The Notifications tab enables you to manage all email notifications related to your inquiry workflows. You can configure settings for workflow notifications, including those for assigned, affiliated, and unassigned inquiries. By managing your preferences, you get timely updates on activities that matter to you while avoiding unnecessary notifications.

[en] The Password tab allows you to manage the security settings of your account. Here, you can update your current password to enhance your account's protection.

[en] The API key tab allows you to manage secure, programmatic access to your account.

[en] Click the + Generate API key button to create your API key. It is important to store this key securely, as it grants access to your account data. Additionally, should you need it, you can also regenerate the API key.

[en] Changing password in Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives

[en] Managing your password is important for maintaining the security of your Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives account. To protect your access, it's important to update your password periodically, especially since Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives requires password updates every 90 days.

[en] To change your password:

  1. [en] From the admin panel, click User options User icon, and select Profile settings.

  2. [en] Click the Password tab.

  3. [en] Enter your Current password.

  4. [en] Enter a New password, and then confirm your new password.

    注記

    [en] Passwords should not match your username. They must have at least eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. Passwords automatically expire every 90 days. The system remembers your last 13 passwords, so you cannot reuse them. If you attempt to log in and enter the wrong password five times, your account temporarily locks.

  5. [en] Click Save.

管理者ノートブック

管理者ノートブックは、管理者が各モデルに個人的なメモを作成するのに便利です。メモを取ったり、画像（最大2MB）を追加したり、コードスニペットを入力したりできます。

管理者ノートブックにアクセスするには：

  1. [管理パネル]で、[マイアカウント]User icon をクリックします。

  2. [管理者ノートブック]を選択します。

ノートブックパネルが表示されます。新しいメモを開始するには、パネルで入力を開始します。

メモを保存するには、Save iconアイコンをクリックします。保存したノートブックはEdit iconアイコンをクリックすると編集でき、delete iconアイコンをクリックするとノートブックを削除できます。保存されているノートブックのみ削除できます。

ノートブックパネルの上部にある書式設定オプションを使用して、テキストの書式設定や整理、画像の追加を行います。
