[en] Opportunity Activity Health
[en] When working opportunities, it's important to stay on top of them and make sure you're recording activity that's happened as well as future activity planned.
[en] In FunnelCake, activity is defined as:
[en] Any Salesforce task, email, call, custom task, or event that's logged by the opportunity owner on the opportunity, opportunity's contact, or opportunity's account.
[en] FunnelCake helps you measure opportunity activity health by breaking it down across Last Activity, Next Task, and Next Step.
[en] Last Activity by Owner Health
[en] No Recent Activity (colored yellow): If an opportunity hasn't had an activity logged in the last 30 days, it will be flagged for no recent activity.
[en] No Activity Ever (colored red): If an opportunity has never had an activity logged, it will be flagged for having no activity ever.
[en] Next Task by Owner Health
[en] No Scheduled Tasks (colored yellow): If an opportunity doesn't have a future activity scheduled, it will be flagged for having no tasks scheduled.
[en] Overdue Tasks (colored red): If an opportunity has incomplete tasks, it will be flagged for having overdue tasks.
[en] Next Step Health
[en] No Next Step (colored yellow): If an opportunity's next step field isn't filled out, it will be flagged for having no next step.
[en] Next Step Not Recently Updated (colored yellow): If an opportunity's next step field hasn't been updated recently, it will be flagged for having no next step. By default recently is defined as 14 days, but it can be configured for your organization.
