[en] How do I sign up?

[en] Sign up at try.getfunnelcake.com with your Salesforce account. Simply click the “Log in with Salesforce” button to get started.

[en] I can’t connect my Salesforce account

[en] You’ll need a Salesforce account with the following:

  • [en] A Salesforce license.

  • [en] Read access on opportunities, accounts, and users.

  • [en] Permissions to link an application through OAuth.

[en] If you meet this criteria and still can’t link your account, check with your Salesforce Administrator to ensure you have the right permissions set up.

[en] Can I connect FunnelCake Free to a Sandbox?

[en] If you want to test FunnelCake Free with a Sandbox instance of Salesforce, please contact Support.

[en] Can I share this with other people on my team?

[en] No, FunnelCake Free is limited to one user. If you’re interested in sharing access with your whole team, please book a meeting with us here.

[en] What happens if other people from my company sign up?

[en] Each person from your company will have their own instance of FunnelCake Free and be able to see the five sales reps they selected.

[en] Can I customize what data is included?

[en] Yes – upgrading to FunnelCake Core or FunnelCake Scale support customizing both what data is included (by globally excluding data sets) and in-app filters, which enable you to segment reports in real-time by team, owner, territory, date ranges – and any custom field inside of Salesforce. [en] Can I filter the data or change the date ranges viewed?

[en] Yes – upgrading to FunnelCake Core or FunnelCake Scale enables you to view your full Salesforce history, and filter reports by Opportunity Created Date, Salesforce Close Date, and snapshot views to compare how pipeline has changed over time. [en] Can I change the sales reps that are being measured?

[en] Yes. To change the reps you’re reporting on in FunnelCake Free, please contact Support.

[en] Data Limitations

[en] Sync times

[en] FunnelCake Free updates once every 24 hours. In the full version of FunnelCake, data syncs ever two hours. An upgrade is available for real-time data sync.

[en] Data Sources

[en] In FunnelCake Free, your data is limited to the following:

  • [en] Data for up to five sales reps.

  • [en] Opportunities closed in the last 90 days (won or lost).

  • [en] All open opportunities.

[en] Data Filters

[en] FunnelCake Free does not support data filters. In the full version of FunnelCake, you can:

  • [en] Globally exclude (i.e. test and transactional data sets).

  • [en] Filter data in real-time by any Salesforce field (i.e. owner, amount, territory, and other custom fields).

  • [en] Swap standard Salesforce fields for custom fields, like replacing Amount with MRR.
