[en] Using the To-Do List

[en] The to-do list helps you understand health issues with your leads and opportunities, and then take action on cleaning them up.

[en] From a single view you can identify which leads of your leads are falling behind their cadences, or which opportunities have data quality issues like no recent activity, or a close date set in the past.

[en] As you identify issues and clean them up in Salesforce, use the to-do list to check off leads and opportunities that have had their issues fixed. When you check something off, it will be Marked Complete Until Next Sync.

[en] Marking Complete Until Next Sync

[en] When something has been marked complete, it will no longer have its health issues flagged as problems in the to-do list. It will stay marked complete until the next data sync occurs. You can find the next estimated data sync in the "Marked Complete Until Next Sync" tab.

[en] After the next data sync, FunnelCake will have the latest information from Salesforce (which includes your cleaned up leads and opps!), and things that were checked off in the to-do list will be cleared. Any new health flags that appear will represent issues with the latest version of your Salesforce data.
