スイムレーン

[en] In Varicent IncentivesVaricent Incentives workflows, the swimlane represents the person or group responsible for taking actions within the workflow or for receiving notifications as part of the workflow process.

たとえば、スイムレーンがタイトルSales Repsを持つ受け取り人として定義されている場合、このスイムレーン内の通知はすべてタイトルSales Repsを持つ受け取り人に送信されます。または、このスイムレーン内のフォームはすべて、タイトルSales Repsを持つ受け取り人が処理する必要があります。

ワークフローが作成されると、デフォルトで2つのスイムレーンが含まれます。2つのスイムレーンは、[システム]スイムレーンと[フォーム・イニシエーター]スイムレーンです。

[システム]スイムレーンには、ワークフローの開始ノードと終了ノードが含まれています。このスイムレーンと、その内部のノードは設定できません。

[フォーム・イニシエーター]のスイムレーンは、ワークフローの作成時に選択されたワークフロー・イニシエーターに基づいて設定されます。[フォーム・イニシエーター]スイムレーンは、ワークフローの作成後に編集でき、追加のスイムレーンを追加できます。

フォーム・イニシエーター・スイムレーンの編集

管理者が開始するワークフローでは、[フォーム・イニシエーター]は、ワークフローの最初のステップとしてアクションを実行する予定の受け取り人です。

ユーザーが開始するワークフローでは、[フォーム・イニシエーター]はワークフローを開始する予定の受け取り人です。ワークフローの作成後に、[フォーム・イニシエーター]を編集できます。

  1. [ワークフロー]で、ワークフローを開きます。

  2. [フォーム・イニシエーター]スイムレーン名の上にカーソルを置き、[編集]アイコンをクリックします。

  3. ヘッダーの[編集]アイコンをクリックして、スイムレーンの名前を変更し、説明を入力できます。

  4. 以下のいずれかの方法で、このスイムレーンを構成する受け取り人を定義できます。

    1. [en] Select the Explicitly select payees option if you want to select specific payees who will be involved in the workflow step.

    2. [en] On the Payees tab, select the checkboxes next to the payees who are involved in the first step of the workflow.

    制限に基づいて受け取り人を選択

    1. [en] Select the Select payees by restrictions option if you want to select a group of payees who will be involved in a workflow step, based on a restriction.

    2. [en] From the Data sources tab, add a data source:

      1. [en] Expand the source type you want to add (for example, Tables or Calculations).

      2. [en] Find your data source in the list or search for it, and then drag it into the Add data sources pane.

      [en] The Payee table is included as a data source by default. This table contains payee IDs. Access to Sales Portal is based on this table.

    3. [en] Click Next.

    4. [en] From the Restrictions tab, add restrictions to define which payees to include in the swimlane:

      1. [en] Hover over AND and click Restriction.

      2. [en] Expand your data source and drag a column into the cell.

      3. [en] Select an operator.

      4. [en] Select or type a value into the second cell. For example, you may create a restriction rule like Payee.TitleID = Sales Rep. This includes payees with the title Sales Rep in the swimlane.

      [en] You can set complex restrictions by creating AND or OR groups. For more information about restrictions, read 制限：.

  5. [作成]をクリックします。

スイムレーンの追加

Varicent Incentivesで、[ワークフロー]プロセスに関与する他の受け取り人を定義するには、ワークフローにスイムレーンを追加できます。

  1. [ワークフロー]で、ワークフローを開きます。

  2. [スイムレーンの追加] をクリックします。

  3. スイムレーンの名前と説明を入力します。

  4. 受け取り人パーティションを含むテーブル、現在の日付、プレゼンター・レポートのパラメーター、または計算を追加して、[ソース]を定義します。

  5. [制限]タブで制限：を作成して、関係する受け取り人を定義します。

  6. [作成]をクリックします。
