[en] FunnelCake's Lead Stages
[en] FunnelCake classifies Salesforce leads and contacts under these six stages:
[en] Raw: Raw leads have been created in Salesforce, but have not been marketing qualified and assigned to a rep. Raw leads do not appear in FunnelCake.
[en] FunnelCake defines raw leads as leads that don't have an assigned date and aren't in a lead/contact status classified as Nurture or Unqualified.
[en] Assigned: Assigned leads are marketing qualified and have an owner, but have not yet been worked.
[en] FunnelCake defines assigned leads as leads and contacts with an assigned date and zero Salesforce tasks or events logged by the lead owner.
[en] Working: Working leads are marketing qualified leads being worked by a rep.
[en] FunnelCake defines them as leads and contacts with an assigned date and at least one Salesforce task or event logged by the lead owner.
[en] Qualified: Qualified leads are sales accepted leads that are ready to be worked through the opportunity funnel.
[en] FunnelCake defines them as leads and contacts with an opportunity contact role after the assigned date. An opportunity contact role is created when a lead is converted to a contact in Salesforce and has an opportunity associated with it.
[en] Unqualified: Unqualified leads are leads that are not looking to purchase your product.
[en] FunnelCake defines them as leads and contacts with a Salesforce Lead status or Contact status that is classified as an unqualified stage.

[en] Nurture: Leads in Nurture are potential customers that are currently not looking purchase your product, but may become interested at a later date.
[en] FunnelCake defines them as leads and contacts with a Salesforce Lead status or Contact status that is classified as a nurture stage.
