Added a tooltip stating "Select page" to the page number dropdown in the Sales Portal message center. This update aligns this page with previous updates where similar labels were added to other page number dropdowns.
Updated the "Administrator Messages" table with proper HTML tags. Added scope="col" to <th> elements in the header row and included a <caption> to provide a summary of the table's purpose. Associated table data with headers to ensure screen readers announce table data in the correct sequence, row by row.
