Customizing text components with templates

You have the option to add templated comments to text fields. When adding text fields to an inquiry, you can add templated answers and admins and payees can choose a response from the drop down menu.

  1. From the navigation bar, click on Report data iconReports.

  2. Click on a report that you wish to create an inquiry for.

  3. From the top panel, click on the more options ( Options menu icon ) icon.

  4. Click Create Inquiry.

  5. Enter a Subject and Message for the inquiry.

  6. Choose a Category.

  7. Choose a template from the Text field drop-down and enter any additional text if needed.

    Tip

    You can choose to include more than 1 template within the text box.

  8. Choose whether to include a copy of the report.

  9. Click Upload file if you wish to upload any additional documents or images.

  10. Click Submit.
