Creating schedules
In Varicent Incentives, you can create schedules in the Scheduler module that can be run on demand or on a schedule.
It's a good idea to create schedules first, and then organize a combination of structural and data imports and calculations into process folders.
In the Scheduler module, click + Create.
In the General tab, type a name for the schedule.
(Optional) Set a run frequency for the schedule:
Turn on the Add run toggle.
Choose how often the task runs. Your options are every hour, day, week, month, or year.
Select the time that you want the schedule to run. Your options vary depending on your selection from step 3b. For example, if you select every hour, you need to choose which minute within that hour to run the schedule. If you select every year, you need to choose which month, day, and time to run the schedule.
(Optional) Turn on the Run schedule on a different time zone toggle to run the schedule on a time zone other than your browser's or model's time zone.

(Optional) Turn on the Run imports in parallel toggle to run multiple imports within the same folder simultaneously.
Note
Adding non-import tasks to this folder will disable the ability to run parallel imports.
(Optional) Click the Settings tab and turn on Overwrite global scheduler settings. This lets you change the settings at the schedule level. For more information, read Overwriting global settings.
Click Save.
