Deleting attachments from closed inquiries
You can delete any incorrect or unnecessary attachments from closed inquiries. Deletions are recorded in the inquiry activity log. This change gives you more control over sensitive content and helps maintain accurate records.
From the Inquiry management module, click the closed inquiry that contains the attachments you want to delete.
From the Attachments pane, click the More options menu (...) on the attachment you want to delete.
Click
Delete.Click
Delete in the pop-up to confirm your selection.
