Logging in to Sales Portal

To log in, enter your username and password.

Important

Your session remains active for 15 minutes after your last action in the application. You can set a longer time out by contacting your administrator.

If you have trouble logging in, click Problems signing in? to email your administrator.

Note

In Sales Portal Classic, click Do not have an account? to email your administrator.

Changing your password

You can change your password from your profile settings.

This feature is only available if the self-service password reset option is enabled in Model settings in Incentives: Setting web user login security options.

  1. From the Sales Portal navigation bar, click the Profile icon user.svg.

  2. Click Change password.

  3. Type in your current password.

  4. Type in a new password, and then confirm it.

    Note

    Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a lowercase and uppercase letter, number, and symbol.

  5. Click Change password.
