Getting help

From the admin panel, click HelpHelp icon to access these links:

  • Support Portal. A link to the Support Portal, where you can manage your support cases or browse product documentation.

  • Browse product documentation. A direct link to product documentation where you can find help on a number of topics.

  • Chat with a specialist. Open up a chat window to get help quickly from our Support team.

  • Release notes. A direct link to the latest release notes.

  • Varicent Varicent Academy. Access topics from the Varicent Varicent Academy and track your progress through courses.

  • Request new features. Opens ProductBoard so that you can request new Incentives features.

  • Varicent Community. Here you can submit product ideas, connect with like-minded enthusiasts and increase your product expertise. Join now to unlock a world of perks! Visit https://community.varicent.com/private/register and use the activation code: JoinOurCommunity!

Getting help from Support

  1. Click Chat with a specialist from the sidebar.

  2. Enter your email address, and click Submit.

  3. Enter the passcode sent to your email address, and click Submit.

  4. Type your question into the chat box.

Setting up the Varicent Academy

If you use the same user ID to log in to the admin application and the Varicent Academy, then there's no additional set-up and you can get started right away.

Don't have a Varicent Academy account? Contact us to get started.

If your user ID in the admin application and the Varicent Academy doesn't match, you'll have to sign in once to set it up. Enter your Varicent Academy username and password and then click Sign in.

For on-premise customers, the Varicent Varicent Academy link is disabled by default. But you can enable it by following these instructions: Configuring the Help menu.
