Plan documents

You have the convenience of viewing and approving agreements directly through your Varicent mobile app. Simplify your workflow and take control of your approvals anytime, anywhere!

Viewing agreements

  1. Log in to your Varicent mobile app.

  2. From the Message Center Email icon, click Plan Documents.

  3. Select your agreement from the My Documents section.

Approving agreements

If you are a manager viewing the plan document, the mobile app will have 2 sections: one for you to review and approve your team's agreements, and another for you to view your personal agreements. The team section also displays the number of agreements that require your signature.

  1. Log in to your Varicent mobile app.

  2. From the Message Center Email icon, click Plan Documents.

  3. Click My Team Documents.

  4. Click e-sign for payees with incomplete approvals.

  5. Click Sign to confirm your signature on the agreement.

  6. Click Submit Signature to submit your signature on the agreement.

    Note

    If there is a pending action following your approval, you'll still find the payee listed under the Incomplete tab until all their actions are completed.
