User options
User options in Varicent Incentives are accessed from the admin panel by clicking . From here, users can manage their downloads, user options, and sign out of the application.
Downloads
In Incentives, you can download your saved publications from User Options.
You can download saved imports through an SFTP client.
Tip
From User Options, you can also import files.
You can't upload a file if the name contains more than 100 characters. If you upload a file through SFTP that exceeds the character count, you'll get an error when you navigate to this page.
Downloading saved publications
You can download any saved publications from Incentives.
From the admin panel, click User options
→ Downloads.
On the Publisher tab, find the publication you want to download and click the more options menu (...) → .
You can find a list of your saved publications in Model settings.
Deleting downloads
You can delete either a specific download, or all downloads, from User options.
From the admin panel, click User options
→ Downloads.
To delete a specific download, on either the Imports or Publisher tabs, find the publication you want to delete and click the more options menu (...) → Delete.
To delete all the downloads, on either the Imports or Publisher tabs, click Delete all.
Profile settings
The Profile settings page is organized into four tabs: Profile, Notifications, Password, and API key. Each tab allows you to manage different aspects of your account settings.

By default, all notification settings are enabled.
To access the Profile settings page:
From the admin panel, click User options
.
Click Profile settings.
Profile
The Profile tab provides access to your personal account settings. Here, you can view details such as your name, username, email, and SAML 2.0 Integration Name ID. If SAML 2.0 is not in use, it may be indicated as N/A.
Notifications
The Notifications tab enables you to manage all email notifications related to your inquiry workflows. You can configure settings for workflow notifications, including those for assigned, affiliated, and unassigned inquiries. By managing your preferences, you get timely updates on activities that matter to you while avoiding unnecessary notifications.

Password
The Password tab allows you to manage the security settings of your account. Here, you can update your current password to enhance your account's protection.

API key
The API key tab allows you to manage secure, programmatic access to your account.
Click the + Generate API key button to create your API key. It is important to store this key securely, as it grants access to your account data. Additionally, should you need it, you can also regenerate the API key.
Changing password in Varicent Incentives
Managing your password is important for maintaining the security of your Varicent Incentives account. To protect your access, it's important to update your password periodically, especially since Varicent Incentives requires password updates every 90 days.
To change your password:
From the admin panel, click User options
, and select Profile settings.
Click the Password tab.
Enter your Current password.
Enter a New password, and then confirm your new password.
Note
Passwords should not match your username. They must have at least eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. Passwords automatically expire every 90 days. The system remembers your last 13 passwords, so you cannot reuse them. If you attempt to log in and enter the wrong password five times, your account temporarily locks.
Click Save.
Administrator notebook
The Administrator notebook is a convenient place for admins to create personal notes in each model. It allows you to take notes, add images (upto 2 MB), and type code snippets to have handy.
To access the Administrator notebook:
In the Admin panel, click My account
.
Select Administrator notebook.
The notebook panel appears. Start typing in the panel to begin a new note.
To save the notes, click on the Save note icon. You can edit a saved notebook by clicking on the Edit note
icon, and delete a notebook by clicking on the
icon. You can only delete a saved notebook.
Use the formatting options on the top of the notebook panel to format and organize your text and add images.
