Downloading a plan document
With the Download document feature, you can quickly and easily download your signed plan documents in bulk. Documents can be downloaded based on their sign-off types. This makes it easy to archive documents outside of the system and keep your data organized.
To download a plan document:
From the Plan documents module, click on the more options icon
of any plan document that you wish to duplicate, and select Download document.Alternatively, you can click on any plan document, and select
Download agreements as PDF.Select a sign-off type to download all plan documents from that group.
Note
You can only download a Plan document once its distribution has started. If the Download plan documents wizard is in an empty state, start distribution of your Plan document and try again.
Sign-off types
Description
In progress
Downloads all plan documents that are sent for payee or manager's approval and have not been signed yet.
Completed
Downloads all signed plan documents.
Click Download.
To view the downloaded files, go to Admin panel -> My account -> Downloads.
