Inquiry management in the Incentives admin application

From the Inquiry Management module, you can view high-level information on all inquiries.

  1. View high-level stats on how many inquiries are being managed through Incentives.

  2. Filter your view of inquiries. You can choose to view all inquiries, a specific inquiry workflow, or only the currently active inquiry workflow.

  3. Click on any row to view the inquiry details.

Once you click in to an inquiry to view its details, you can perform these actions:

  1. Assign an admin owner or change the assigned admin.

    Tip

    Assigning an Admin Owner tells the Sales Portal user who is responsible for their inquiry throughout the inquiry process.

  2. Change the pick list values selected on the inquiry form.

  3. Add a comment.

  4. Add attachments.

  5. Perform an action on the inquiry.

    Tip

    The actions you can perform are defined by action nodes in Workflow Manager.

  6. Reopen a closed inquiry.
